Puppy Training - Train Your Dog's Obedience Yourself

I find it very difficult to believe that people would spend an awful lot of money on something as easy as dog training. All sorts of breeds like In fact, Border collie, Labrador, or even Doberman can be trained successfully, you just have to follow a few simple rules and organize yourself a bit. When the dogs are still puppies, training is a bit easier as they are more open to learning; the fact holds more truth when the breeds are not generally open to learning for example the Doberman! I have tried to come up with a few necessary tips to train your dog\'s obedience yourself in just a little time.

The dog should always be kept an eye upon; that is perhaps the most important detail of them all. Well, it is easy to be done when you are at home but what when you are not? Now you cannot drag the dog along with you wherever you go. For such instances assign him a comfy room where he can feel at home and then leave him there. This should be a room specially prepared for your little puppy; a very essential part of the overall training. Some toys and a bed would only add to his comfort; and there should be a timely supply of food and water. Puppies at this age are not potty trained and this training is also included in the overall training of your puppy. In the first few initial days when the training is in progress, try to control your anger towards him if he cannot yet use the bathroom.

Potty training in puppies is a difficult and daunting task, requiring a huge effort on the master\'s part. I have come across a very good example of how you can go on with this difficult phase of training, easily. When a room is assigned to your puppy, he will choose a corner in the room to excrete. In a couple of days, you will get to know as to where that favorite place is. Now, this place has not got so much to do with the room as the paper on which the puppy likes to sit. What you can do is that you can start changing the paper every day and replace it with the same colored paper. After a while, you will be able to take him outside by taking the paper outside. He will develop an affiliation with the paper, thus making your work a whole lot easier. But never think that this is going to be a piece of cake, as it will be not. A lot of patience will be needed on your part in order for you to pull it off.

Train a puppy at the tender age of six months in order to see results and that too massive. Train your dog's obedience yourself by following the above mentioned tips and advices and I am sure that you will be able to achieve it effectively without any problems.
